The USB Mini Webcam is a tiny and simple camera attached to a flexible and bendable arm. Plug it into a USB port, position as you would like and you are ready to Skype it up with friends and family across the globe. It also many other video conferencing software and is available for $19. Given the low price, I wouldn’t imagine that the video quality is something to write home about, but nevertheless, it’s a good solution to webcam fumbling. via
